We are in the process of implementing our 888 tech support number to cover all offices, however for now, please call 540-949-7703 for tech support.

To better support you, we have available phone support conferencing where we may need to get other people involved or even your customers involved so we are all working off the same page. This is as easy as calling a special number and typing in a special code.

We also have available MicroSoft NetMeeting where we can share each others computers across the Internet. This is ideal for those situations where emailing files and trying to explain details can be very cumbersome.

If you have extremely large files that you would like to send, TriMech also has an FTP site where we can exchange data. Just let us know and we will send you the appropriate information.
